These terms govern your access to ForgeMind. By using the service, you agree to them.

The service
ForgeMind is an AI-powered emotional-support and mental-fitness tool provided by Appliva LLC. It offers conversation, reflection, memory, progress, reset, voice, and notification features. Features may change as the product develops.
Not therapy or emergency care
ForgeMind is not a therapist, medical provider, diagnosis system, emergency service, or substitute for professional care. Do not rely on it for medical, legal, financial, or emergency decisions. If you or another person may be in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. In the United States, call or text 988 for crisis support.
AI limitations
AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate, or misunderstood. Safety systems reduce risk but cannot detect every dangerous situation. Use your judgment, verify important information, and seek a qualified professional when the stakes are high. See our AI Guardrails.
Memory and personalization
For new accounts, Save Memory is enabled by default after you accept these terms. When it is on, ForgeMind may save details you choose to share, including personal details, profile facts, and recurring patterns, so Forge can use them to provide continuity and personalize future chats. You can turn Save Memory off in Profile → Memory. Turning it off stops memory saving and use but does not delete existing saved items; review or delete those separately in Memory.
Your account
You are responsible for accurate account information, safeguarding access to your device and session, and activity under your account. You may not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, interfere with the service, scrape it, reverse engineer protected components, or use it to harm, exploit, threaten, or violate another person's rights.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are sold and managed by Apple or Google and are also subject to that store's terms. Prices, renewal, cancellation, taxes, and refunds are handled through the applicable store unless law requires otherwise. Deleting ForgeMind does not cancel store billing.
Your content and privacy
You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Appliva LLC the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, protect, and display that content to operate ForgeMind. Our Privacy Policy and Data Safety page explain the related practices and controls.
ForgeMind property
ForgeMind, Forge, its software, design, branding, and service content are owned by Appliva LLC or its licensors. These terms give you a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service; they do not transfer ownership.
Availability and termination
We may suspend or end access when reasonably necessary for security, unlawful conduct, material misuse, legal requirements, or protection of users and the service. You may stop using ForgeMind or delete your account at any time. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Disclaimers and responsibility
To the extent permitted by law, ForgeMind is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties. Appliva LLC is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes and contact
We may update these terms as ForgeMind changes. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms where permitted by law. Contact us with questions.
