Information we process

• Account and authentication details, such as your email address, provider identifier, and session information.
• Content you choose to provide, including conversations, voice transcripts, reflections, memories, mood check-ins, reset sessions, profile settings, and feedback.
• Safety signals and related conversation context when the service detects possible crisis, self-harm, abuse, or other high-risk content.
• Device, notification, diagnostic, and usage information, including installation identifiers and push-notification tokens.
• Subscription status and entitlement records supplied by Apple or Google. ForgeMind does not receive your full payment-card details.

How information is used

We use information to authenticate you, provide conversations and voice features, personalize support, retrieve relevant memories, show progress, deliver requested notifications, verify subscriptions, protect users, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. When Save Memory is on, ForgeMind may save personal details you choose to share, profile facts, and recurring patterns, then use relevant saved items in later chats.

AI and service providers

Text, voice segments, transcripts, and limited context may be sent to configured AI, embedding, speech, authentication, notification, email, analytics, and error-monitoring providers when needed to operate a feature. These providers process information on our behalf under their own service terms and data-protection commitments. ForgeMind does not sell personal information or use private conversation content for third-party advertising.

Storage, retention, and security

ForgeMind uses access controls, encrypted transport, and protected credentials. We retain information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and protect the platform. When you request full account deletion, the account becomes inactive immediately and its data is retained for a seven-day restoration period before permanent deletion. Backup or security records may take additional time to expire.

Your choices

You can turn Save Memory on or off in Profile → Memory. When off, ForgeMind stops saving and using memories for future chats; existing saved items remain until you review and delete them or request deletion of stored data. You can also export available account data or schedule deletion of your account. You can restore a scheduled account by signing in before its seven-day deadline. Account deletion does not cancel an Apple or Google subscription; cancel billing through the applicable store. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, restrict, object to, or receive a copy of personal information.

Children and international processing

ForgeMind is not directed to children. Do not use it if you are below the minimum age required to consent to online services where you live. Our providers and systems may process information in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards.

Changes

We may update this policy as ForgeMind changes. We will publish the updated effective date here and provide additional notice when required.
